Satyen Vaidya, Judge (oral): Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the issue raised by the petitioners by way of the instant petition stands already decided by this Court vide judgment dated 17.10.2023, passed in CWP No. 7526 of 2021 along with connected matters and the said judgment has also been upheld by the Hon’ble Division Bench of this Court vide judgment dated 9.1.2025 in LPA No. 356 of 2024 along with connected matters. He further submits 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? -2- that the petitioners shall be satisfied at this stage in case respondent No.2 is directed to consider and decide the cases of the petitioners in terms of the aforesaid judgments in a time bound manner. 2. Prayer being innocuous is not opposed. 3. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.2 to consider and decide the cases of the petitioners strictly in terms of the judgment dated 17.10.2023, passed in CWP No. 7526 of 2021 along with connected matters and the judgment passed by the Hon’ble Division Bench of this Court dated 9.1.2025 in LPA No. 356 of 2024 along with connected matters, within a period of eight weeks from today by passing a detailed and reasoned order. It is further directed that in case the petitioners are found similarly situated to the petitioners in CWP No. 7526 of 2021, titled Liaq Ram Sharma & another vs. State of H.P. & others, the petitioners will also be granted all the relief and benefits, as have been granted to the petitioners in the aforesaid petition i.e. CWP No. 7526 of 2021. -3- 4.
