It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 28674 of 2025 petitioner filed representations on 20.08.2024 and 24.02.2025 seeking for refund of stamp duty and registration fee paid by the petitioner during the purchase of resale of flat/apartment. However, the said representations have not been considered so far by respondents. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner has come before this Court. 3. At the outset, it was submitted by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents that the representations dated 20.08.2024 and 24.02.2025, made by petitioner would be considered and appropriate orders would be passed within a time frame fixed by this Court, which was agreed to by the learned counsel for petitioner. 4. In view of the same, taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief sought for in this Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to respondents, to consider the representations dated 20.08.2024 and 24.02.2025 on its own merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, after affording reasonable opportunity of hearing to the https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 28674 of 2025 petitioner and any other interested persons/stake holders, including rival claimants, if any, within a period of 16 weeks from the date of uploading of the web copy without waiting for the receipt of certified copy.
