It is alleged that the respondents no. 5, 6 and 7, in collusion with Gram Pradhan, are trying to construct naali over the land recorded as navin parti and banjar. However, no action is being taken in the matter. The petitioner has, accordingly, prayed for a writ of mandamus directing District Magistrate, Jaunpur to decide his representation dated 25.07.2025. 2. The issue raised requires a factual inquiry and, therefore, we dispose of the instant petition with direction to respondent no. 3 to call for report from appropriate authorities and thereafter examine the issue and take decision within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of the instant order along with fresh representation after hearing all concerned.
