VACHHANI Date : 03/11/2025 ORAL ORDER Present application is filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act seeking condonation of delay of 34 days caused in preferring the order passed by the learned first appellate Court rejecting the delay condonation application caused in preferring the appeal against the judgment and order of conviction and sentence. 2. Learned advocate for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is at present in judicial custody and therefore facing some difficulties to challenge the impugned order. It is submitted that due to this reason the delay of 34 days has been caused in preferring the revision application and therefore the same may be condoned. 3.
