The present CRMP has been filed for modification of the order dated 23.01.2025 passed in CRMP No.214 of 2025 with the following relief:- “In light of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner humbly prays that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the present application and modify the order dated 23.01.2025 passed in CRMP No.214 of 2025. ” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the order dated 23.01.2025 passed by this Court in CRMP No.214 of 2025, in the last paragraph No.6 of the order, some error has crept in and it has been erroneously typed as “However, we hope and trust that the trial Court shall make an earnest endeavour to conclude the trial expeditiously within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order”, whereas this Court intended to direct the trial Court concerned to make an earnest endeavour to decide the discharge application expeditiously, which needs to be rectified. 4. Learned State counsel does not controvert the aforesaid submission. 5. In view of the above, the present CRMP is allowed. In the order dated 23.01.2025, passed by this Court in CRMP No.214 of 2025, paragraph 6 of the order stands deleted and in its place, the same be read as under:- 3 “6. Accordingly, the instant petition is disposed off. However, we hope and trust that the trial Court shall make an earnest endeavour to decide the discharge application filed by the petitioner expeditiously, in accordance with law.” 6. A copy of this order be placed along with the records of CRMP No.214 of 2025. Sd/- Sd/- (Ravindra Kumar Agrawal) (Ramesh Sinha) Judge Chief Justice Anu
