Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the court below issued Non Bailable Warrant against the petitioner on 30.12.2024. The petitioner is the Accused and he claims that he has not received any notice and no knowledge about the pendency of the case. 4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent/ State requested to pass appropriate orders. 5. Considering the submissions made, the petitioner herein being the Accused is directed to appear before the Trial Court and move an application to recall Non Bailable Warrant issued against him on 30.12.2024. The learned Trial Judge may take appropriate decision over the same according to law by taking sureties to assure his presence before the Court. 6. With the above observation, this Criminal Petition is disposed of.
