Learned counsel for petitioner submits that arrears has been paid, however, the component of interest is not included despite it was paid after 9 years. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that this is second round of litigation and no such order was passed by this Court when first writ petition was disposed of by an order dated 06.05.2025, so far as payment of interest is concerned. 4. I have considered the above submissions and since payment of arrears has already been paid. So far as prayer of interest is concerned, I do not find any reason to pass such direction, when it was not raised in earlier round of litigation as well as no circumstance is shown that respondents were in intentional default for delayed payment.
