The above petitions have been filed seeking orders (i) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 9th respondent and (ii) to bring on record the respondents 20 to 22 herein as legal representatives of the deceased 9th respondent and rank them as respondents 20 to 22 in the above appeal. 2.
