Suffice it to note that a communication was issued to the petitioner on 03.03.2025 calling upon him to furnish certain documents. The petitioner without submitting a reply, has invoked the writ jurisdiction. Hence, this Court deems it proper to direct the petitioner to submit a suitable reply to the notice within three weeks from the receipt of certified copy of this order. Upon receipt of such reply, the authority concerned shall consider the same within two weeks thereon in accordance with the law. All the contentions of the parties are kept open. This Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case. Till consideration of the reply that would be submitted by the petitioner, the authority concerned is directed not to take coercive step for disconnection of power supply. 5.
