This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 227 days in filing the Writ Appeal against the order dated 05.12.2024 made in W.P(MD)No. 21535 of 2016. 2.In the affidavit filed in support of the petition explaining the reasons, it had been contended that the delay had arisen owing to obtaining opinion from higher officials and the Government Pleader for filing appeal and thereafter, two documents had to be collected with respect to the notices issued to the writ petitioner. There had been a delay in this process. 3.Heard the learned Counsel for the respondent also. 4.Taking the above stated facts into consideration, the delay stands condoned and this petition is allowed.
