Jyotsna Rewal Dua, Judge The petitioner, serving as Medical Officer in Civil Hospital Bharmour, District Chamba, has filed this writ petition with the grievance that his representation dated 05.02.2025 (Annexure P-2), seeking transfer to a soft area of his choice, on completion of requisite tenure in the tribal/hard area, has not been considered till date by the respondents/Competent Authority. 2. Learned Additional Advocate General has placed 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes - 2 - on record instructions dated 10.03.2025 from the Special Secretary (Health) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, to the effect that petitioner’s representation is under consideration of the Competent Authority. 3. In view of above, this writ petition is disposed of with direction to the respondents /Competent Authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner in accordance with law and as per applicable policy within a period of four weeks from today.
