Rahul Chowdary, learned counsel representing Smt. S. Pranathi, learned counsel for the respondents. 2. This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the respondents in not regularizing the service of the petitioner under G.O.Ms.No.212 dated 22.04.1994 as illegal, arbitrary, etc., and for consequential direction. w 2 i > 3. Petitioner was appointed as a casual labour in the 2’^^ respondent College in the year 1983 and ever since the appointment she has been discharging her duties without any deviation. It is the case of the petitioner that though she had completed 26 years of service in the 2^^^ respondent College, the process of regularization of her service is being delayed. In that regard, a proposal was made by the Associate Dean, Agriculture College, Mahanandi, Kurnool District., to the 1 St respondent vide proceedings No.250/Admin-I/Age/09 dated 10.07.2009, wherein, he has enclosed all the relevant information along with documents/pertaining to two persons i.e. P.Jayamma and N. Narsamma-writ petitioner, who are on muster rolls and had completed more than 5 years of service for filling up vacant posts. Pursuant to the said proposal, the person in Serial No.1 namely, P. Jayamma’s case was considered for regularization of service and the petitioner’s case is still pending. 4. The learned counsel for the petitioner, while reiterating the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, restricts his prayer and sought for a direction to consider the case of the petitioner on par with the similarly circumstanced person in the proposal dated 10.07.2009. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents has fairly agreed for the disposal of the writ petition. 5. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and in the light of the proposal dated 10.07.2009, without going into the merits of the case, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the c -• f V 3 ^ ■ 1®* respondent to consider the case of the petitioner, on par with the similarly circumstanced person referred to supra, in accordance with Law, within a period of ten (10) weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
