Present jail appeal has been filed against the judgement and order dated 09.10.2024 passed by Sri Vishnu Dev Singh, learned Additional Sessions Judge/Fast Track Court-I, Kaushambi in Sessions Trial No. 79 of 2017, arising out of Case Crime No. 56 of 2017 convicting the appellant under Section 302/34, 504 I.P.C. and inSessions Trial No. 80 of 2017, arising out of Case Crime No. 58 of 2017, under Section 3/25 of the Arms Act and sentencing her to undergo life imprisonment and to pay fine of Rs. 10,000/-. 3. Against the same judgement and order, the present appellant has already filed Criminal Appeal Defective No. 910 of 2025. It has been entertained by a separate order passed today. 4.
