Learned counsel for the respondent no.2 submits that no counter affidavit is required to be filed on behalf of respondent no.2. 3. This appeal has been preferred against the order dated 22.08.2022 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge- III, Gopalganj in connection with Complaint Case No. 1533 of 2021, whereby considering the S.A. of the complainant and the statement and also considering the statements of three witness, the cognizance has been against the appellant. 4.
