The only prayer made in the present petition to direct the respondent No.1/State Agriculture Produce Markets Boards, Lucknow to decide the Revision filed by the petitioner as provided under section 32 of U.P. Krishi Utpadan Mandi Act, 1964 before it on 09.06.2025, expeditiously. 3. It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner to considerable time has already been lapsed but till date no final decision has been taken in the matter. 4. On the other hand, it is argued by learned Standing Counsel that respondent No.1 will take a decision in the matter expeditiously. 5. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 6. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of directing the respondent No.1/State Agriculture Produce Markets Boards, Lucknow to decide the revision expeditiously.
