The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that, owing to a lack of communication, the petitioners were unable to keep track of the proceedings, which resulted in a delay of 113 days in filing the present appeal. 3. The learned counsel appearing for the first respondent raised a strong objection, contending that the petitioners have failed to satisfactorily explain the reasons for the delay. 4. Considering the fact that to give one more opportunity to the petitioner, this Petition is allowed and the delay of 113 days is condoned on payment of cost of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) to the learned counsel for the first respondent within one week from today. On production of receipt of such payment, the Registry is directed to number the second appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and list the same for admission on 07.08.2026. 13.07.2026 LS CMP(MD).
