This writ petition has been filed for following relief: "Issue a petition, order or to direct Civil Judge (Senior Division)-IIIrd, Varanasi to decide the Original Suit No. 1263 of 2016, (Mohammad Jubair and others Vs. Ainul Huda (since deceased) and others) filed by the plaintiff/petitioner within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. From the perusal of petition it is apparent that earlier also a petition being Matters under Article 227 No. 644 of 2020 was filed by the petitioner for the same relief which was disposed of by order dated 27.01.2020. 4. In view of the Rule 7 of Chapter XXII of the Rules of the High Court Rules, 1952, second writ petition for the same relief, is not maintainable. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
