JUSTICE MOHAMMAD NAWAZ ORAL ORDER This petition is preferred seeking to modify condition No.4 imposed in the order, while the petitioner was released on bail by the learned Sessions Judge in Crl.Misc.No.25344/2025 vide order dated 16.05.2025. Condition No.4 reads as under: “The petitioner shall mark their attendance before the I.O. on every Tuesday and Friday between 10:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m till filing of charge sheet.” 2. Application seeking modification of the said condition has been rejected by the learned Sessions Judge vide order dated 25.06.2025 in Crl.Misc.No.25428/2025. 3. This Court is of the considered view that by modifying condition No.4, no prejudice will be caused to the prosecution, as the petitioner is ready to mark his - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:37711 CRL.P No. 10711 of 2025 attendance before the Investigating Officer on Sundays. Hence, the following:- ORDER i) Petition is allowed. ii) Condition No.4 imposed in Crl.Misc.25344/2025 dated 16.05.2025 passed by the Court of XXVI Additional City Civil and Sessions Judge at Bengaluru (CCH-20) is modified as under: a) "Petitioner shall mark his attendance before the Jurisdictional police Station on every 2nd and 4th Sunday between 10:00 a.m. and 01:00 p.m. till filing of charge sheet or until further orders, whichever is earlier."
