The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3. Allegation against petitioner is of assault with iron rod on the head of Indradeo Mukhiya. Doctor has found simple injury. Petitioner has got clean antecedent. 4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail. 5.
