The registry has raised an objection regarding filing of this petition as the petitioner had already approached this Court in Crl.P.No.7029/2025. However, since it is a modification of the earlier order, the petition is maintainable. 3. After perusing the records, it is noticed that, on 20.05.2025, it was ordered in the point ii (a) of the operative portion of the order that “the petitioner shall execute personal bond for a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- with two sureties for the like sum, to the satisfaction of the jurisdictional Court”. 4.
