Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was earlier in the voter list of Gram Panchayat Nazimabad, Tehsil Kichha, District Udham Singh Nagar, which he had got deleted on 10.03.2025. He wants to get his name included in the voter list of Gram Panchayat Arvind Nagar, Block Sitarganj, District Udham Singh Nagar because he is staying there now. He has already given a representation on 20.05.2025 (Annexure 4 to the writ petition), but no decision has been taken on it as yet. He would submit that respondents/authorities may be directed to take a decision on the representation that was given by the petitioner, which Annexure 4 to the writ petition. Learned State counsel would submit that the representation dated 20.05.2025 of the petitioner may be decided within a period of two weeks. The Court takes on record the statement given by learned State counsel. The writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondents/authorities to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 20.05.2025, (Annexure 4 to the writ petition) within a period of two weeks.
