The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Deoghar (Cyber) P.S. Case No. 64 of 2024, for the offence registered under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 & 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 66(B), 66(C), 66(D) & 84(C) of Information Technology Act, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Cyber Crime, Deoghar. 3. The bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court in B.A. No. 6938/2024 vide order dated 28.11.2024. 4. On 20.06.2024 at about 12:15 noon, the petitioner was apprehended by Cyber police, Deoghar on suspicion that he was involved in cyber offence. During the course of investigation, one victim had named the petitioner that he had cheated the victim. 5. It was submitted that the petitioner is in custody for one year. 6. Considering the period of custody, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Cyber Crime, Deoghar in connection with Deoghar (Cyber) P.S.
