Mr. Rajiv Verma, Sr. DAG, Punjab. *** SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) This petition has been filed under Section 528 of the Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 or under section 482 of the Cr.P.C. for quashing of order dated 20.02.2016 (Annexure P-19) passed by the Learned JMIC Ajnala, District Amritsar Rural in violation of the provisions of Code of Criminals Procedure in FIR No.261 dated 12-12- 2014 Police station Lopoke U/S 302, 307, 324, 452, 427, 148, 149 IPC and Section 25,27,54,59 of the Arms Act District Amristar (Annexure P-1). Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the petitioner has been arrested, the instant petition has become infructuous. In view of the above submission, the petition stands disposed of as having been rendered infructuous. Ordered accordingly.
