ORAL ORDER Learned AGA accepts notice for respondents no.1 to 5.
2. In this writ petition the petitioner is assailing the order dated 10.06.2025 (Annexure-E) in R.P.No.284/24 on the file of respondent no.2.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the parties and taking into
consideration the finding recorded by both the authorities, it would indicate that O.S.640/2012 is pending consideration before the Competent Court in respect of the subject land.
4. In that view of the matter, unless the rights of the parties is crystallized in the aforesaid civil suit, I am of the view that, no interference is called for in the present writ petition as, both the respondents/authorities, having taken note of the factual aspects on record, have recorded a clear finding that the petitioner herein has to establish his rights in the subject land. With the aforesaid observations, writ petition is liable to be rejected and is accordingly, rejected.
