By means of the present writ petition, a direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to interfere in peaceful marital life of petitioners, has been sought. 3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that this petition may be dismissed as infructuous as in the instant matter an F.I.R. has already been lodged over which learned Standing Counsel as well as learned counsel for respondent no.4 have no objection. 4.
