This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to issue a writ in the nature of or any other appropriate writ, commanding the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Ghaziabad to consider and decide the case No.194 of 2020 (Praveen V/s Sapna) u/s 13 Hindu Marriage Act 1955,, within the period stipulated by this Hon'ble Court otherwise the petitioner will suffer irreparable loss and injury." 3. Petitioner has approached this Court earlier also for the same relief by filing Matter Under Article 227 No.6910 of 2021, which was disposed of by this Court vide order dated 29.11.2021. 4. In view of Chapter XXII Rule 7 of the Allahabad High Court Rules, 1952, second writ petition for the same cause of relief is not maintainable. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
