JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 2 14-02-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned APP for the State. 2. In this case, the petitioners are seeking regular bail in connection with Sarai P.S. Case No. 52 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Section 379 of the IPC. 3. Allegedly, when the informant after taking breakfast came out from the hotel, he did not find his motorcycle, parked outside the hotel. Patna High Court CR. MISC. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case due to police maneuvering and mechanism at the instance of his enemies. They are not named in the FIR. Except the confessional statement, there is nothing against the petitioners. The petitioners are under custody for near about eight months. 5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail. 6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judicial-XI-cum-A.C.J.M., Vaishali at Hajipur/ A.C.J.M.-X, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Sarai P.S.
