Heard Sri Ravula Nagarjuna, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for R & B for the Respondents. 3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent authorities have made payment with regard to subject bills and the petitioner has also acknowledged the receipt of amount, paid by the respondent authorities, and so, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition and requested to close the same. 4. Recording the submissions made, this Writ Petition is closed, as no cause survives. There shall be no order as to costs.
