Learned counsel appearing for respondent No.2 – de-facto complainant has brought to the notice of this Court that in view of the directions issued by this Court, it has been held that the offences alleged against all the accused are to be investigated in one crime and that multiple FIRs cannot be permitted in respect of the same set of allegations. In that background, the co-ordinate Bench of this Court has already quashed all the three FIRs.
2. It is further submitted that now only FIR in Crime No.141/2022 remains pending, in which the Investigating Officer has already completed investigation and filed a charge sheet. As regards the remaining complaints, which were based

Learned counsel for respondent No.2 has also placed on record that the complaint in Crime No.144/2022, which was the subject matter of Crl.P.No.3274/2024, has already been withdrawn in compliance with the said directions.
4. Recording the above submission, the present petition is rendered infructuous. Accordingly, the petition stands dismissed.
ORAL ORDER IN CRL.P.No.3199/2024 Insofar as Crime No.143/2022, which is the subject matter of Crl.P.No.3199/2024, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.2 – de-facto complainant submits before this Court that the complainant undertakes to withdraw the said complaint as well.
