This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the writ petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated May 27, 2024 cancelling the registration of the petitioner. 3. Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner was not aware of the cancellation of registration and the impugned order was issued to the petitioner by uploading only on the portal subsequent to the cancellation of the registration. 4. In light of the same, we quash the order dated May 27, 2024 with a direction upon the respondents authority to grant an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, and thereafter, pass a reasoned order in accordance with law. 5.
