It has further been stated that a daily OPD facility is available at the Central Jail-2, Hisar and for specialist care, the patients are referred to MAMC Agroha, Government Hospital, Hisar and even PGI, Rohtak. The report of the doctors is also annexed as Annexure R-1. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has expressed an apprehension that proper treatment shall not be available in the above named hospitals and a direction be issued to the authorities to get the petitioner properly treated since he is 50 years old and has developed cataract at a comparatively younger age. 4. Having considered the medical condition of the petitioner, the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties and the report submitted by the Superintendent Central Jail-2, Hisar, this Court is of the considered opinion that there would be no requirement of granting interim bail to the petitioner for the purpose of undergoing a cataract surgery, which is a very common surgery these days and takes only about a couple of hours in all. 5. Still further, the said surgery is stated to be available in MAMC Agroha, Government Hospital, Hisar and if the need so arises and the authorities feel the need, the petitioner can always be taken to a more specialized centre like PGIMS, Rohtak. 6. This Court is, however, sanguine that the best possible treatment would be given to the petitioner keeping in view his medical condition. 7. The petition is accordingly disposed of with the above observations. Pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of.
