Petitioner before this Court is seeking transfer to a place where her husband is posted in view of the relevant government policy. 3. It is contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in the case of Jitendra Singh v. State of U.P. & Another in Special Appeal No. 564 of 2024 decided on 05.06.2024 the Court has held that the employees are entitled to the advantage that flow from the Government Orders applicable to the employees. 4. Learned Standing Counsel submits that he has no objection in the event this petition stands disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to make fresh representation and for its disposal strictly in accordance with law. 5. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to make a fresh representation before the respondent no. 2 within a period of two weeks from today along with the certified copy of this order, which may be considered and decided sympathetically within a further period of six weeks by means of a reasoned and speaking one considering the law laid down by this Court in the case of Jitendra Singh (Supra).
