This anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023, has been preferred by the petitioners apprehending their arrest for offences registered under Sections 316(2), 316(5), 318(3), 318(4) and 61(2)(a) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 pending in the Court of A.C.J.M, Ghatshila in connection with Ghatshila PS Case No. 03 of 2025. 3. The allegation against the petitioners is that being the recovery agent of Bharat Finance Inclusion Ltd. he has collected the instalments from different persons but did not deposited the same with the institution rather misappropriated the entire money. 4. Learned A.P.P. representing the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail. 5. Considering the nature of allegation, this Court finds it not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 6. Accordingly, this Anticipatory Bail Application stands dismissed.
