Mr. Sudip Ghosh Chowdhury Ms. Debalina chakraborty Ms. Pritha Biswas Mr. Subhadeep Mitra …for the petitioner Ms. Rupsha Chakraborty Ms. Mahuya Dutta Biswas …for the State Mr. Kanak Kiran Bandyopadhyay …for the WBCSSC Ms. Koyeli Bhattacharyya Mr. Bibek Dutta Ms. Keya Panja …for the Board Matter is considered based on report filed by the District Inspector of Schools (SE) Murshidabad dated 4th April, 2025 wherein it is disclosed that at present there are altogether 38 teachers working against 9347 students and the school is having higher secondary section. In view of such report it appears pupil teacher ratio does not permit transfer of the petitioner based on transfer application dated 2nd January, 2023. Hence, writ petition stands disposed of without passing further order relating to transfer of the petitioner in consideration of transfer application dated 2nd January, 2023. 2 However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner to make further application seeking transfer if pupil teacher ratio is improved in future. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertaking. (Saugata Bhattacharyya, J.)
