This petition has been filed for following relief: "It is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to direct the learned court to expedite the Original Suit No. 372 of 2019 titled "Om Prakash alias Chhangu and others vs. Ghanshyam and another", pending before the Court of learned Civil Judge Junior Division, Kaushambi, else the petitioner shall suffer irreparable loss and injury." 3. Contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the suit is pending since 2019. It is further submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that several dates have been fixed but the same has not been decided yet. He prayed that the same may be decided expeditiously. 4. No useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5.
