The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a complaint case punishable for the offence under Section 406 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 138 of the Negotiable Instrument Act. 3. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during pendency of the case, the issue has been settled between the parties and to this effect, a joint compromise petition has been filed in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Vaishali at Hajipur, which is available at Annexure P/4 to the supplementary affidavit. Learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2 does not dispute the aforesaid contention and confirms the fact regarding the settlement entered into between the parties. 5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Complaint Case No. C1-1069 of 2020, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. anay (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) U T
