Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the record. 2. The instant petition has been filed for following relief: "(i) Issue an appropriate order or direction directing the learned the Civil Judge (Senior Division), District Ballia to decide execution application no. 03 of 2013 (Ram Nagina versus Ravindra and Others) expeditiously within some stipulated time which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the circumstance of the case." 3. Contention of learned counsel for the petitioners is that the execution application is pending since 2013. He prayed that the same may be decided expeditiously. 4. No useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to Civil Judge (Senior Division), District Ballia to consider and decide the Execution Case no. 03 of 2013, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order after giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties provided that there is no other legal impediment.
