The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. 3. As per F.I.R., 17.600 liters of country-made liquor has been recovered from a motorcycle and it is alleged that this petitioner and other co-accused persons also assaulted two police personnel.
