JUSTICE SURAJ GOVINDARAJ) 1. Learned AGA accepts notice for respondents No.1 to 3. 2. The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: i. Direct the 3rd respondent to enter the name of the petitioner as per the registered sale deed bearing its no.3260/2001-02 dated 13/12/2001 registered before the Senior Sub-Registrar Dharwad in favour of the Petitioner as per Annexure-A. ii. Pass such other order or direction, this Hon’ble Court deems fit in the circumstances of the case. 3. The contention of the petitioner is that, the application submitted by the petitioner for entry of the name of the petitioner in pursuance of the registered sale deed dated 13/12/2001, registered before the Senior Sub- Registrar, Dharwad, has not been acted upon, despite the ‘J‘ form being issued on 22/12/2018 by the Sub- Registrar's office to the Tahasildar’s office. 4. Whenever an application is submitted by a citizen, the same is required to be considered by a statutory - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC-D:1856 WP No. 107439 of 2024 authority and/or a government authority and necessary orders passed thereof within a reasonable period of time, the application having been submitted by the petitioner on 12/07/2017 and the report having been submitted by the Assistant Commissioner to the Tahasildar on 03/08/2019, the ‘J’ form having been sent on 22/12/2018, the application has remained unconsidered. 5. In view of the matter, I pass the following order: ORDER i. The writ petition is allowed. ii.
