The captioned Writ Petition is filed seeking following reliefs: (a) Issue a Writ of Certiorari or any other appropriate writ or order or direction quashing the Official Memorandum dated 06.08.2025 bearing No.Kerebo/Kshereuake/Bhim/Ni.San./M.Khan./25

-26/126 issued by the third respondent vide Annexure-E. (b) Issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ or order or direction directing the Respondents to consider the Representation dated 08.10.25 made by the petitioner (Annexure-F) and to continue the service of the Petitioner as a Skilled Farm Worker (T/S) till he attains the age of superannuation of 60 years and to extend all the consequential benefits to meet the ends of justice.
(c) Issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order, or direction, directing the Respondent No.3 to pay the petitioner his salary and all other consequential service and monetary benefits for the period between relieving the Petitioner from duty (i.e., 06.08.2025) (as per Annexure-E) till he is taken back to duties and to continue to pay the same till he attains the age of 60 years and the period between relieving the

petitioner from duty (i.e., 06.08.2025) till he is taken back to duties shall be considered as on duty for all purposes. 3. Counsel for the respective parties jointly submits that the issue involved in the present Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order passed by the coordinate bench of this Court in W.P.No.18131/2025 disposed of on 22.09.2025. Counsel, therefore, submits that the captioned Writ Petition may be disposed of in terms of the order passed in W.P.No.18131/2025 disposed of on 22.09.2025. The oral submission made by counsel for the respective parties is placed on record. 4. The captioned Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the order passed by the coordinate bench of this Court in W.P.No.18131/2025 disposed of on 22.09.2025. 5. A Writ of Certiorari is ordered. The Memorandum dated 08.10.2025 vide Annexure-E is quashed. The respondents are directed to take back the petitioner to the duties. The petitioner is entitled to continue in employment

under respondent - Board till he attains the age of superannuation of 60 years subject to all the Rules and Regulations applicable to the employment of the petitioner.
