The present contempt application has been filed pleading willful disobedience of the order dated 27.09.2021 passed by this Court in Matters Under Article 227 No. 4867 of 2021. 2. The pleadings in the affidavit and the documents annexed with the same do not reveal any willful disobedience on the part of the Judicial Officer of the court concerned who has been impleaded as opposite party in the present case. Further, present application is barred by the provisions of Section 20 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971. 3. The contempt application is dismissed.
