At the outset, learned advocate, Mr. Bhavesh Patel, submitted that the petitioner would be satisfied, if, Respondent No.4 is directed to consider the representation made by him in the year 2016, for participating in inter- district transfer camp, and also permit him to make a fresh C/SCA/11303/2025 ORDER DATED: 13/11/2025 representation and Respondent No.4 may be directed to decide the same in some stipulated time-bound schedule. 3. Heard. Considering the request made by learned Advocate, Mr. Bhavesh Patel, for the petitioner, Respondent No.4 is directed to consider the representation made by the petitioner in the year 2016 for participating in inter-district transfer camp as well as a fresh representation, which shall be made by him within the period of two weeks from today, and to decide the same within the period of eight weeks, thereafter.
