JUSTICE SHIVASHANKAR AMARANNAVAR ORAL ORDER This petition is filed by accused No.6 under Section 483 of BNSS praying to grant bail in Crime No.194/2025, Bannerghatta Police Station registered for the offences punishable under Sections 109(1), 189(2), 191(2), 191(3) read with 190 of BNS. 2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Addl.SPP for respondent/State. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner would contend that the name of the petitioner is not mentioned in the FIR and complaint. In the remand application, the accusation against him is that he assaulted the injured by legs. There is no serious overt act alleged against this petition. The investigation is almost completed and therefore, the petitioner is not required for custodial interrogation. The - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:41892 CRL.P No. 12597 of 2025 injured has been discharged from the hospital. With this, he prayed to allow the petition. 4. Per contra, learned Addl.SPP would contend that the accusation against this petitioner is that he kicked the injured by legs and there are no criminal antecedents against this petitioner. 5. Having heard learned counsel for petitioner, the Court has perused the FIR, complaint and other materials placed on record. 6. On perusal of the remand application dated 18.07.2025, the accusation against this petitioner/Accused No.6 is that he, Sujay and Harsha kicked the injured and other accused assaulted him with long chopper etc. The overt act alleged against this petitioner is only kicking by legs to the injured. There is no serious overt act alleged against the petitioner. The injured is stated to have been discharged from the hospital. The petitioner has undertaken to co-operate with the police investigation and - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:41892 CRL.P No. 12597 of 2025 to abide by conditions to be imposed by this Court. The petitioner is not having any criminal antecedents. The petitioner has made out a case for grant of bail with conditions. In the result, the following: ORDER The petition is allowed. The petitioner is granted bail in Crime No.194/2025 of Bannerghatta Police Station subject to following conditions: 1. The petitioner shall execute a personal bond for a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One lakh only) with one surety for the like- sum to the satisfaction of jurisdictional Court. 2. The petitioner shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses either directly or indirectly. 3.
