ORAL ORDER
The present writ petition is filed seeking mandamus directing the 7th Additional District and Sessions Judge, Bengaluru Rural District, Bengaluru, to dispose of the petition filed by the petitioner in G&WC.No.33/2021.
2. It is submitted that in fact, the matter was posted for final arguments on 28.11.2024 itself and so far, the same is not
disposed of by the learned Judge.
3. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is passing the following:
ORDER i. The 7th Additional District and Sessions Judge, Bengaluru Rural District, Bengaluru, is directed to dispose of G&WC.No.33/2021 as expeditiously as possible, but not later than April 2026. ii. This Court is not proposing to issue notice to the respondents as disposal of the case is in the interest of both the parties.

iii. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. iv. All I.As. in this petition shall stand closed.
