By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution petitioner has prayed for following relief: "a. Issue the suitable writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no. 2 to pass an appropriate orders and to return back the petiioner to join his lien post under the respondent no. 4 as the period of attachment of 2 years of the petitioner has already expired. " 3. It is submitted that in the above regard petitioner has approached the authority by making representation on 16.06.2025 but no order has been passed thereupon. 4. Learned Standing Counsel does not have any objection in the event representation of petitioner is directed to be disposed of by the respondent in accordance with law. 5. In view of the above this petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent no.2 to consider and dispose of the pending representation of petitioner dated 16.06.2025 within a period of two months from the production of certified copy of this order, strictly in accordance with law and by means of a reasoned and speaking order.
