No.71A in Writ Petition (Civil) No.1022 of 1989 and directed grant of appropriate revised 6th Pay Commission recommendations along with certain other benefits to the employees of the Subordinate Judiciary and on the basis of the said judgment of the Supreme Court, relief was granted to employees of the Subordinate Judiciary of the State of Tripura in WP(C) No.617 of 2015 by the judgment dated 31.08.2016. Since the learned Single Judge has followed the judgment dated 31.08.2016 in WP(C) No.617 of 2015 and the appellants had questioned the same in the Supreme Court, but have not obtained any stay of the said judgment, we see no reason to interfere with the judgment of the learned Single Judge.
