The present application has been filed for restoration of W.P.No.3240/2022, which was dismissed for want of prosecution on 16.10.2023. 3. Considering the averments made in the application supported by an affidavit of counsel for the applicants, this Court finds that sufficient cause is shown for restoration of the writ petition. Accordingly, MCC is allowed. 4. W.P.No.3240/2022 is restored to its original number subject to payment of cost of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two thousand Only) within a period of 15 working days payable to the High Court Bar Association, Jabalpur, failing which the order of dismissal of writ petition shall remain intact. 5.
