The petitioners are before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: a. Issue writ of mandamus or any other order writ or direction in the nature of writ, directing the respondent no.1 to consider the representation given by the petitioner dated 05/04/2023 is produced as Annexure-B, to the writ petition and the 2nd respondent order is execute the respondents no.1 to 4 and hand over entire house property to the petitioner. b. Issue writ of certiorari or any other writ or order or direction, in the nature of writ, quashing report in submit by the 3rd respondent in no.MAG/CR/04/2023-24 dated 05/01/2024. produced as Annexure-G to the writ petition. c. Cost and such other reliefs deems fit to grant under the circumstances of the case in the interest of justice and equity. 2.
