The petitioner through the medium of the instant petition has challenged the detention Order No. DIVCOM-K/46/2024 dated 16-04-2024.
Learned counsel appearing for the respondents has submitted that the impugned order of detention has been executed on 22.04.2024.
In view of the above, the impugned order of detention has outlived its life and the petition has been rendered infructuous. The same is accordingly
disposed of with a direction to the respondents to release the petitioner from the custody, if not already released and if not involved in any other case.
