JUSTICE MOHAMMAD NAWAZ ORAL ORDER This petition under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 is preferred to enlarge the petitioner/accused No. 2 on bail in Crime No.121 of 2025 Amruthahalli Police Station, registered for an offence punishable under Section 22(b) of the NDPS Act, 1985. 2. In the course of investigation, Section 22(c) of the NDPS Act is invoked. 3. Learned HCGP submitted that the investigation is under progress and if the petitioner is granted bail, he may abscond and tamper with the evidence. 4.
